This is my girl, Nala. She is a purebred APBT trained in Obedience as well as Personal Protection. I am a 29 year old EMT from Southern California and I adopted Nala from a rescue when she was 10 months old as a companion for my (at the time) 5 year old male Rott/APBT cross, Bo. Both of my dogs are altered, both do Obedience and Personal Protection training, and both love people, especially children.

This photo was taken when Nala was 3 years and the child just under 3 years. Nala had just come from a training session when this pic was snapped (note the work collar). The child belongs to a friend of mine. Nala knows her, but does not see her often.
